Easter 2009
This year we had a pretty good easter. Claire woke up and in her room she discovered an easter dress. 
She calls it her wendy dress because its blue like wendys dress in the peter pan movie.
She thought it was cool that the easter bunny also brought Lauren a wendy dress. 
After church we went to Corys brothers house and had easter dinner with our familys. We had yummy ham, cheesy potatoes and some salad and rolls. It was so good. We also celebrated my nephew Blakes birthday who turned 2 years old. After the festivities, we had an easter egg hunt.
Claire did really good. We forgot to bring her basket over to their house but they had this big huge one that they let claire borrow. The basket was so heavy, so mom had to help her carry it, but Claire caught on quickly and got lots of yummy candy.
This year, instead of dying eggs, we decided to make some easter egg cake pops. They were really fun to make. They are also really fun to look at, dont you agree? Go here to learn how to make cake pops.
All and all we had a wonderful easter and spent it with the people we love.
