Progress
This week was a good one. Last saturday we rode our bikes 13 miles. Then on wednesday I ran 3 miles for the first time without stopping!! -And last night I swam 500 meters in the pool at my gym. So, now I just need to do it all at once. Then this morning, saturday I weighed myself and lost 2 pounds. We started working out a month ago and since then I have lost over a pound a week! My goal weight is to get back down to 125, and my dream is to get down to 120. I havent been under 130 since I had Claire but today I weighed 130.1 lbs! I am so close!! I also tried on my pre-pre- pregnancy pants, the ones I wore before I had Claire and I could actually button them. This week has been a good one. Hopefully I can keep it up.

That is awesome! Nothing feels better than putting on your old pair of pants and actually being able to zip them up! Good job!
Good job! I have been bugging Jamison to do a triathlon or race with me, but...not yet. Keep up the good work!
Way to go Ash! It's always a lot easier to lose weight when you have a goal in mind. I don't have enough courage to announce this on my blog yet, but I'm trying to train for a marathon (or maybe 1/2 depending on how hard I train.) so I understand the what you're going through! You're brave for letting everyone know! Keep up the great work!
Wow, you're amazing. I wish I could do all that, especially the losing the weight part. I'm working on it.
